International Shipping Policy 

Due to unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability, the United States Postal Service (USPS) is currently experiencing significant delays in customs processing and delivery for international shipments. In some cases, packages may be returned by customs with no reason provided.
Please note the following important policies for all USPS/UPS international orders:
  • Refunds for non-receipt of international orders will not be issued until 90 days have passed from the purchase date.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the package has left our facility.                                                                                  
  •  All customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products, so if you are dissatisfied you can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a prompt, courteous refund. Refunds do not include shipping charges.
